i googled it and it points to bush. however, before i did that and was tainted by the attribution i actually found meaning in it. if you don't stand for anything you don't stand for anything. if you don't speak up, voice your opinion, STAND for anything, then you don't stand for anything (you don't matter, your voice doesn't count, etc.) eh, maybe i thought too much on it : )
